Tiffany, that experience must have been hard to bear. I can relate to those feelings. I do a lot of grocery shopping for my parents because it is hard for them to go to the supermarket or other places. But often, they (especially my mother) take me for granted and this often gets me upset, usually because their plans interfere with my own plans, which I often tell them in advance. Often, I share my frustration with my dad, who in turn asks me to give in just this once to my mother. But the just this once grows to more and more….sigh.

Fortunately I am able to calm down after a while (after all, she is my mother)but it can be frustrating. So I can relate to your experience. How did you resolve it?
